酒酿(醪糟)作为调料有很多神奇的作用:

食材:
排骨 600克
蒸肉粉 适量
香油 少许
腌料:
酒酿 2大勺
腐乳 2大块
大蒜粉 少许
韩式辣椒酱 1勺
糖 1小勺
花椒粉 少许
豆瓣酱 1勺
水 1勺

做法:
1.肋排切成2厘米左右的小段,加入花椒粉、豆瓣酱、韩式辣椒酱、甜酒酿、蒜粉与少许的水充分拌匀,用保鲜膜封住放入冰箱腌制4小时以上备用。(让排骨味道更加不可缺少酒酿)
