原料:
高粉300g、牛奶160g、鸡蛋1个、酵母4g、砂糖20g、黄油20g、盐3g、红豆沙150-180g。
做法:
1、除黄油、红豆沙外的所有材料混合揉成光滑面团,加黄油揉至出膜。盖保鲜膜置温暖湿润处发酵至2.5倍大;
2、排气,分割成8等份,滚圆。饧20分钟;
3、其中一块擀开,放入豆沙馅,收口朝下;
4、放入8寸蛋糕模,置温暖湿润处发酵40分钟。刷蛋液,撒芝麻;
5、烤箱预热180度,中下层,上下火,25分钟。上色过深时盖锡纸。
